Software park
As the core carrier of featured famous Chinese city, concentrating more than 1000 famous domestic and overseas software and information service enterprises, including HollySys, Chinasoft, Face, Google, Alibaba, SAP, Neusoft, Baidu and so on, with the quantity of software and information service enterprises and number of practitioners occupying 1/3 of those of the whole city.The planning area is 3.1 sq.km.  the industrial house is about 3 million m? It will build  “Ningbo Software Valley, and intelligent Interconnected Bay” which are the most influential platform, It will forge and cultivate the software and information service industry into a 100-billion industry, helping Ningbo to establish the featured famous Chinese software city, so as to provide assistance for constructing “Made in China 2025” Pilot Site and Demonstration City and digital Ningbo.

Inspection and authentication industrial park
The first national test and inspection demonstration park covers an area of 180 mu and has an architectural area of 200000 m2. The park is set with standard laboratory, office building, training center, talent apartment, public restaurant and so on, realizing the resource sharing of the platform. At present, over 80 inspection service organizations such as BV in France, SGS in Switzerland, Ningbo Commodity Inspection and so on, and almost one hundred identified laboratories have already resided here. Science and technology headquarter base
Phase-I covers an area of 250 mu and its south end is adjacent to the new city in the east. The architectural area is about 300000 m2. It has been put into use completely. Phase-II covers an area of 190 mu and is connected with the research and development park in the north. Phase-II has an architectural area of 390000 m2. CBD covers an area of 150 mu and has an architectural area of 350000 m2.

Ningbo wisdom park
Ningbo wisdom city software research and promotion industrial base covers an area of 230 mu and has an architectural area of 380000m2. It lays emphasis on introducing software development, system integration, Internet of Things, cloud computing and other enterprises supporting the wisdom city construction of the city. Culture creativity industrial park
Minghe·Yangfan Square has a total architectural area of 130000 m2. It is located in the central business center of the high-tech district. It is the first professional screen culture creativity industrial park in the whole district. It has imported over 800 culture creativity enterprises totally.
