In order to support the high-quality development of the park, Ningbo National High-tech Zone (New Material Science and Technology City) enacts a series of policies, basically establishes the policy service systems with rich connotation, reasonable structure and full life cycle coverage, focuses on supporting high-tech enterprises, science and research organizations, enterprise headquarters and other projects and talent teams conforming to the industrial orientation of the industry. RMB 10 million settlement award, RMB 10 million full-amount interest subsidy, RMB 10 million contribution award
Three 50 millions support introducing high-end research and development organizations
RMB 50 million operation subsidy, RMB 50 million equipment subsidy, RMB 50 million house purchase subsidy
Set district-level major scientific and technological project and implement project management reform
Grant a maximum RMB 10 million subsidy for single project scientific and technological achievements
Vigorously support the introduction of scientific and technological achievements
Grant a maximum RMB 10 million subsidy for the introduced and transformed scientific and technological achievements
Comprehensively promote international scientific and technological cooperation
The enterprises or organizations in the district who set incubators overseas will be granted a maximum RMB 25 million subsidy
Support the development of the newly-established enterprises in scientific and technological type
The newly-registered scientific and technological enterprises will be granted a maximum RMB 500000 subsidy and 3-year rent subsidy of 500 m2 office building.
Support the initial purchase and first operation of major independently innovated products
Grant a maximum RMB 4 million subsidy for the initial purchase and first operation of major independently innovated products
Set the science and technology achievements transformation fund of RMB 5 billion
The total scale of the fund is RMB 5 billion.
