Made in Ningbo and these international giants who are rushing to the open covenant have a dazzling spark of cooperation.

Tesla has been one of the focal points of previous CIIEs. This year, the theme of Tesla's booth is "Ten Years in China, Intelligent Manufacturing Benchmark", showcasing the new versions of Model Y and Model 3. In Tesla's supply chain, Ningbo's "famous supporting role" in the field of auto parts has contributed a lot: Xusheng Co., Ltd. is one of Tesla's earliest die-casting suppliers, and has now expanded its supply business to core components such as transmission systems, suspension systems, and battery systems; Tuopu Group has provided a full set of chassis systems for Tesla Model 3 and Model Y models; LK Technology's "single champion" product die-casting machine helps the Model Y body and chassis integrated die-casting process...

Behind Uniqlo, a world-renowned clothing fast fashion brand, there is the manufacturing support of Ningbo enterprise Shenzhou International. UNIQLO's "fist technology" AIRism series products were developed in cooperation with Shenzhou International. This fabric is breathable, moisture-absorbent, non-pilling, and is widely used in underwear and sun-protective clothing. The strong strength of fabric research and development is an important "moat" of Shenzhou International.

With the help of the Expo, the Ningbo manufacturing brand has moved from behind the scenes to the front of the stage. Consinee Group is a national manufacturing "single champion" enterprise in the field of global cashmere yarn, and is also a partner of big brands such as LV, COACH, BOSS and so on. This year, Consinee Group participated in the CIIE for the second time and set up its booth in the Consumer Goods Pavilion where the world's famous brands gathered.

Industrial equipment giants are optimistic about the Ningbo market

When China's manufacturing is transformed and upgraded to China's "intelligent" manufacturing, more and more enterprises urgently need "digital intelligence brains". Ningbo is at the forefront of digital transformation in the country, so many global industrial equipment giants who appear at the CIIE regard Ningbo as an indispensable and important market.

Since the first CIIE, the booth of NACHI, a leading Japanese industrial robot company, has been a "conspicuous bag" every year - rows of industrial robots have danced to perform "air extraction" and die-casting technology, forming a beautiful landscape.

As early as 2017, Nachi Fujikoshi has set up a branch in Ningbo. "Our products cover hundreds of enterprises in Ningbo. Ningbo has a strong manufacturing foundation, and entrepreneurs attach importance to automation investment. Wang Zhongya, head of the robot business in Ningbo, introduced that as the "hometown of China's die-casting molds", many enterprises in Beilun have purchased the "same model of the Expo" industrial robots. Ningbo Haitian International, the "single champion" enterprise of injection molding machine, also cooperates with Nazhi Fujiyue in bearing products.

Hexagon, a digital information technology solution provider from Sweden, is an old friend of Ningbo. In recent years, Sinopec Ningbo Engineering Co., Ltd. has joined hands with Hexagon to build a digital engineering information delivery platform. The project breaks the "information island" in the stages of engineering design, procurement, operation and maintenance, and commissioning, and leads the digital transformation of the engineering industry.

At this year's CIIE, the digital quality platform displayed by Hexagon has been applied to Sunny Optics, a well-known enterprise in Ningbo and the "sales champion" of global mobile phone lenses. Once there is a quality problem with the product, the platform can trace, find the faulty link, and automatically generate a data report.

Shen Bo, head of Hexagon's above-mentioned project in East China, was deeply impressed by the Ningbo entrepreneurs.

In addition, Schneider Electric, a giant in the field of energy management and automation, provides automation equipment solutions for the "leading geese" of Ningbo Automobile "Tiantuan" such as Joyson Preh and Geely Automobile; Hitachi Group's digital casting simulation system business has been vigorously promoted in Ningbo...... Ningbo manufacturing, which is actively "equipped" by international giants, is constantly polishing the business card of "intelligent manufacturing".
